Important Information
Important information for all orders:
In stock items should be dispatched next working day, but please allow up to 14 days for your item to be dispatched. We endeavour to get your items to you as quickly as possible, and once your item has been dispatched we will get in touch to let you know that it's on its way.
By providing us your data during purchase or by subscribing to our email newsletter, you warrant to us that you are over 16 years of age.
Order cancellation
Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order, as we often start work within 24 hours of the order being placed. Once an item has been dispatched we will not be able to cancel your order.
Returns/exchanges
Items* can be returned/exchanged if they are unworn and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery, tracked return postage costs must be met by you. If you’d like to return or exchange an item please email: info@harehurstjewellery.com with details of your requirements. Once your goods have been received we will be in touch to arrange a refund/exchange for the item if your return is accepted.
* Please note: Items exempt from return are earrings (due to health and safety/hygiene reasons) and personalised/customised items (unless they are deemed faulty). If this is the case and you would like a us to repair/replace the item then upon delivery to us, we will repair/replace and have it delivered back to you within 30 days. Once you have received the repaired/replaced item you will have 7 days to request a refund.
Delivery
We do not offer international shipping at this time and only deliver to UK customers with delivery calculated by product value. We ship all UK parcels via Royal Mail tracked and signed for, for your total peace of mind.
All items are wrapped carefully and shipped to the address provided by you when making your purchase. Please make sure that the address information that you provide is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues or delays, we will not accept any responsibility for delivery issues due to incorrect delivery address being supplied. If the package is returned to us then we will contact you to arrange redelivery at the buyers cost.
Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 1-3 days for delivery. Please bear in mind that a signature will be required upon delivery, though someone else can sign for your package if you are not available.
